For the longest time, I have always been inspired by those who push the boundary in their self-expression. From the painted emotional horrors that make up artist Francisco Goya’s Black Paintings to the androgynous fashion style of Dennis Rodman, I’ve always been infatuated with the way people like Goya or Rodman express themselves so authentically. Through authentic expression is where I believe people are able to find catharsis. Both as a Fashion Marketing student and a Personal Trainer, I aim to present people with the tools available to physically achieve and show their own version of this “authentic self-expression.”
